Any idea how to calculate the real size of object from 3D

I build 3D image from two 2D images with help of EMGU wrapper.
In reconstructed image I have some object and
I have a dimensions in pixels(from two 2D images) of the
object and focal length of the camera.

I need to get the real size of the object.

Any idea how to implement it?

Interesting problem, but... can you define the notion of "size" for 3D object? What is that, exactly?
