Hi,
 
In SQL i can able to see the default table inside the all database table folder [sysdiagrams].
 
Any one can explain what need to keep that table ??

I googled but answers are not much clear
Ex http://forums.asp.net/t/1023231.aspx/1 this link is fail to explain what kind of things its tracking and all . That's what i raised doubt here
