Help for application in c#.net

Want to prepare simple Windows Application who is able to create letters based on list of student data provided.
List contains
Name of student
Roll number
Class
Mailing Address

user can provide list by excel sheet.

Apliation should pick student information and create letter for him.

Letter will be like following
-----------------------------------------------
Student Name
class Roll no
Mailing Address

Sub: Subject of Letter

We do not do your homework: it is set for a reason. It is there so that you think about what you have been told, and try to understand it. It is also there so that your tutor can identify areas where you are weak, and focus more attention on remedial action.

Try it yourself, you may find it is not as difficult as you think!
