HTML/PHP - Membership website starter kit?

I was wondering if there is any templates that I can download that will allow me to have a simple membership website, it can look like anything, All i need is the database basily, All i want is to be able to allow the user to register on the site and become a member, and be able to see pages a non user can't and etc etc..

So yeh just a simple template that I can use and I can just put in all the FTP data in it and stuff. Is there a template I can download? because google just gives me webpage templates which has no membership options.
