Is it possible to set spi lines as tri state on ft2232h chip ? if so how to do that....pls help me out to solve this problem.

You changed your question from high impedance to tri state (the text but not the question itself).

If the SPI pins can be configured as input pins, they will be high impedance. I had a short look at the FTDI SPI programming manual. According to this it should be possible to configure them as inputs by writing specific command sequences (see the enable / disable SPI code).

You may have a look at this manual and the datasheet to find out more.
