Website desgin is not working on another operating system

Hello everyone
I am working on asp.net project. My OS is Windows XP. I create my project on visual studio 2010 and after complete my project when i test my project on windows 7 its css is not working well.Its designing is deteriorating completely

please tell me what i have to do?

I mean, saying it works in XP and not works in Win7 does not tells anyone what you tried, what was working and what was not working. You have to be specific and detailed about it.
