How does one recommend a file to CDNs like Google, Microsoft?

If we find a good JavaScript component, how do we go about sharing the same with Google and Microsoft CDNs? Basically is there any page where we can nominate these components?

I am trying to see if we can nominate this script (http://strongpasswordgenerator.com/StrongPasswordGenerator.js[^]) so that more people can use it.
