Does anyone know how to make a handler for when a vb.net module application is closing? Thanks,

There is Application.OnExit event (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.windows.application.onexit.aspx).

You cannot advice such thing as you don't know application type. This is only relevant to WPF.
