showing data from two different gridviews into third gridview

i am really messed up with this..
I have two gridview in my asp.net form with the following data
for eg.1. gridview1 with columns date,manpower
2. gridview2 with columns date, qty,wgt

Now the problem is I want a third gridview with the following columns

---gridview3 with date,manpower,qty,wgt

how can I do this..
help me out with this.
