My website is not opening in IE 10 while its working F9 in other browser please help me out.

[Edit] removed capital letters. do not use all capital letters. using capitals, means shouting in internet. use capitals wherever necessary.

Open the developer tools in Internet Explorer (press F12). You might get some hints from that.
