There is an API documentation[^], quite clear. Use P/Invoke to access the API from managed code.
If you buy the development kit[^], you will get sample codes.

But: what you desire here are not sample codes, they are full applications. Nobody will do your job for free. We are not fools. For that you will have to find other people - or of you are willing to pay for it, just go to a site where you can query for quotations.
