Load XmlData from xml file to datasource(observableCollection) in wpf

Actually I want to populate dataGrid with Xml data present in xmlfile and want to add/remove/update the data in the Datagrid. I tried using XmlDataprovider which works fine in populating the dataGrid but I can't manipulate(add/remove/update)the data. Hence ObservableCollection was a choice.

Therefore, How can I Load Xmldata present in xml file and create a observableCollection of the same?
