MSI Deployment - How to set default path when registry value is empty

Hi,

I use "Registry Setting Properties" to read target dir from registry to defined parameter during installation, and set it to "DefaultLocation"
When I have previous version of program it's ok, but I don't know how to set default path (e.g [ProgramFilesFolder]\[Manufacturer]) when the registry is empty.
