I have already running website online but when internet cannot available then how to access server database with local website running on iis? can anyone have idea?

You need a copy of your database running on the client's machine them. Google gears, if it is still around, was designed for that.

Solution 1


To run as ASP.NET web application, what is very much necessary is LAN or Network. say the server where the DB and application are hosted, is not connected to internet but that still available in the LAN/Network with client, then you can run the application. if both client and server are not in network, then you cannot access.
