Please enter Numeric values

Greetings..

I'm installed a script caaling ajmatrix DNA on my local host and it's work well but when i upload the script to the server (bythost for example) all the fields requesting that to enter number give me error Please enter Numeric values.
in phone field give me please enter correct phone number but the other fields works well.
just the fields that's want numbers to enter.
"sorry for my bad english"

Yes i'm forgot to say any help please i would be grateful i'm searching all net area there are no solutions.

i guess the problem with php code or the connection with server(sql) couse when i edit any value in database the edit done successfully but when i want edit it from admin page (wizard) the problem happend
