Detect comport of Mobile Device/modem connected via USB

I want to detect Comport, IMEI, IMSI, Mobile Model etc. of all Mobile Devices connected Via USB with Computer.

Mobile Device Model is detected. Also when selecting any device model, IMSI,IMEI is also displayed for that particular mobile device.
Is there any way to detect IMSI,IMEI of all devices together at a single click only ?

Also, I want to select COM Port of selected device.
Please guide how to select COM Port.
