If you don't know how to explain the project, what's your contribution to it? How come you face problem explaining it?
(Actually, this question is off-topic, but we often happen to advise on interviews, for good or not.)

No, we cannot tell you anything about questions at the interview. Nobody can predict them.
I could give you some advise on how to approach the interviews, but the fact you don't know what to tell about the project does not make me very sympathetic... :-)
Maybe I just did not understand you... what will you say?

Just a couple of simple ideas:

The interviewers, like normal people, would hate to be bored. They want to listen to something interesting. But your won't be able to tell anything interesting about the project if you see nothing interesting by yourself. It's hard to believe you do see something interesting if you don't know what to tell about it.

Perhaps I would say: if you don't find your projects your was busy with for two years interesting (may be this is one of the reasons you want to go for another job), may be, do some small but interesting project for yourself. Then you would be able to say: "well, it was… a project like a project, but… my recent project I've done for myself!.." :-)

I personally would highly respect a person who does some interesting development for himself…
