Is there any way to load in div or iframe and compare two word documents without download?
Thanks in advance.

Yes and no.
If a view like in "Goole Docs" is good inough, than yes (but not simple) - if more is needed than no.

The simple answer is no.
For a Word document to be displayed in a web client (browser) the document first needs to be downloaded. Secondly there must exist a plugin in the browser that is capable of displaying this data. This is not natively supported.
A better approach is perhaps download a PDF version of the document (or an image, but images can be large in size compared to pdf-files).
This way you avoid dependencies on Microsoft Office for the user to display the document in the browser. Most users will still need a plugin to view PDF, ie. acrobat reader or foxit etc. (except users with latest versions of Firefox 20+ which support PDF natively).
In principle: anything that you want displayed in your browser need to be downloaded one way or another.
