Solution 1

Your question doesn't make any sense as all the datatypes in C# come from the .NET Framework. C# may have aliases for them, such as string (C#) = System.String (.NET), but there are no differences between them at all.

Solution 2

In current question context:

data type in c# and in .net framework
C# is a language and .NET a framework.
DataTyes are in language and not in framework.
As Dave shared, C# datatypes are aliases for .NET types.

The two are not seperable. For example, the int type is merely an alias for System.Int32, which derives from System.ValueType.

Based on above, nothing to compare. Use C# any datatype as per your application need.

DataTyes are in language and not in framework. Hold on there Tex! That's not exactly true. C# datatypes are aliases for .NET types. The two are not seperable. For example, the int type is merely an alias for System.Int32, which derives from System.ValueType.

Directly from MSDN: All of the simple types -- those integral to the C# language -- are aliases of the .NET Framework System types. For example, int is an alias of System.Int32. For a complete list of aliases, see Built-In Types Table (C# Reference).
