See more: PDF printing Driver
I am trying to use CutePDF Printer Driver to selectively extract only a few pages of the PDF (http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-9.pdf[^]) and in the output file, it shows up these text:

ERROR: undefined
OFFENDING COMMAND: get
STACK:
/quit
-dictionary-
-mark

Any configuration or other issues?

Not enough information in the issue, but, whatever it is, you certainly classify it incorrectly.
Besides, it does not look like software development topic to me.

CutePDF cannot do anything with a printer driver by definition. It can only use the one or another driver available in the system. The software can misuse the printer interface in some cases; this is something I don't know, but it certainly don't have a "driver" you could possibly blame.

[EDIT]

By the way, I recently got read of Adobe PDF reader which I really hate. So, I tried out some alternatives and have chosen the champion, open-source Sumatra PDF:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sumatra_PDF[^],
http://blog.kowalczyk.info/software/sumatrapdf/[^].

On Linux, Evince is good enough, but it was malfunctioning badly on Windows.
