Solution 1

Hi,
 
try like below.
if (url != "")
{
    UriBuilder uriBuilder = new UriBuilder(url);
    HttpWebRequest request = HttpWebRequest.Create(uriBuilder.Uri);
    HttpWebResponse response = request.GetResponse();
    if (response.StatusCode == StatusCode.NotFound)
    {
        // URL Not Found
    }
    if (response.StatusCode == StatusCode.OK)
    {
        // Valid URL
    }        
}
