i save image in sql server 2000 but it stored as <Binary> .i do not understand is it stored in correct type i.e i declare it as image type
in sql server 2000.

The image type just means a binary file. SQL Server could care less if your file is an image, what image processing work does it do ? None. It just means an image of a file, it could be a picture, a word doc, or an executable, and it would treat it the same.

Sounds like you should buy a book and read it.
