Lighttpd secure digest authentication

I am working on Lighttpd secure digest authentication. here I am able to setup username and passowrd for certain directiories. When I try to access these protected directories from web browser it ll pop up a dialog box asking for username and password. this dialog box is different for different browsers, means this box is created by browser itself and not by the server. I want to change contents and appearance of this dialouge box. But I am not geting where exactly the code for this dialogue box is present and at where exactly the the the call point for this dialouge box is present. Any help would be greately appriciated.
