Coding on exam window

in a computer based exam system in vb.net there is 100 buttons,1 picture box and 4 radiobuttons to tick the answer.
what should be coding on the buttons so that pictures of the questions changed as buttons clicked ?? (address of the question's picture is retrived from the database)
and what should be coding on final submit button to store the students's answer??
please help me...
