Dear Sir/Ma'am

Is there any way to make a help button that can show how my application work (Form Wise).
For Example:
I want to make a form wise user manual for my application that can see directly by the user after clicking that particular button .

please help me regarding this,

Solution 1

Write it as a PDF, (or possibly a CHM) file - PDF is more modern and is likely to be something post users will be reasonably familiar with.

As far as the content goes, no, you can't automate your manual production: it requires explanation from a user perspective, not a software one. That means the manual should explain how to use the software in terms of the tasks the user will put it to, rather than explain teh screens of the actual software.
