Is there some tool we can use to compare and synchronize stored procedures? Requirements are simple. We need to compare stored procedures from separate databases and find mismatch data.

Not clear. What should be the result of comparison? Why?

Solution 1

We are using ApexSQL Diff[^] You can use this tool to both compare objects and sync either from tool directly or create synchronization script.

If you’re not into third party tools you can try doing this manually by comparing sys schema tables. More specifically sys.syscomments tables on both servers.
