what kind of secured website is this?

This website uses HTM and it works like serverside. But when I view the source there is no trace on how web controls were manipulated.

Anyone knows how it is done?

What web controls? I don't see any. HTML controls are placed - mostly href links.

Further, if needed, JavaScript file and code is always possible.
