hi i am new to sql sever 2008 r2.Actuvally i have install sql sever 2008 r2 and visual studio 2010 i didn't seen BIDS in sql sever 2008 to add to this feature whether i should install again sql sever 2008 r2 .anyone can tell process step by step plz help me

Solution 1

Download Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 SP2 - Express Edition with Advanced Services This is have Integrated Full-text Search and Reporting Services and you will find BIDS Download From Here and press download and choose SQLEXPRADV_x64_ENU.exe or SQLEXPRADV_x86_ENU.exe based on your system

this is not installing taking long time up to set was going from that not moving .can u provid another way
