cannot able to open msaccess in sqlserver

Hi friends
when convert ms access database into sql server database using sqlserver importdata the following error is occured.

The Workgroup information file is missing or opened exclusively by another user.

but i did not open MsAccess file any where in the system while converting.
To open a file in msaccess2007 I am using a password "library".
In sql server import and expord wizard i just only given Password "libarary".and no need for username in msacces so i did not given username in that field.
My system is windows 8 and x64 processor. but i am using msaccess2007 that is 32 bit.and i am using sql server 2008. how can solve the problem?
