ComponentArt Version Issue

Hi,

My local ComponentArt.web.UI dll version is 2011.1.1134.4.
Server version of the same dll is 2011.1.1124.4. When i moved the code from local to server, it is showing water mark symbol of Component art Data visualization on every page. How to solve this problem. I replaced the dll in server with my local dll version in Bin folder. But it still exists..!!
