How to bind grid with different table using JQuery

Here i am trying to do such kinda thing so that one single gridview can display different records as per search condition.
You may take a look of this grid.
Binding grid using JQuery is okay, but how to bind a single gridview with different records/table/datatable using JQuery?
Can anyone please guide me so that i can made this by myself?
