session is emptying randomly !

Hi,
i am using session to store logged in user, menus are visible and according to sessions, sometimes when i am running the project, logged in user menu disappear and visitor menu appears, sessions seems to be emptying randomly, how can i solve that ? i set session timeout to 80 in web.config but nothing changed !

you may configure it by changing web config:
