how to insert bar chart in crystal report?

i am new to this topic .here i worte stored procedure in that i calculated some error data i want to show each member in bar chart plz help me i have table like this


table 1:


id name date error1 error2 error3 error4
1 x 25-7-12 0 2 3 5

1 y 5-9-13 1 5 5 5

1 z 6-8-13 1 6 3 2
when i pass id =1 and name =x only that row must show in barchart like this i want to show. please help me :)
