How to open Windows Service Log File Automatically?

Hello,

I have a scheduler for file transfer to ftp and my scheduler or windows service made a log file but i want to scheduler log file automatically open before service start and after with "successfully transferd message" because user could be see our status in that log file.

Please help me.

How it can be possible?
