Hello,
I am not the owner of the sharepoint however I am trying to create a form to track and plan technical incidents within the business.

I was able to work out how to build a reasonably simple form by creating a new "Issue Tracking" table within the sharepoints web application.
The form is relatively simple and the users can fill the form as they wish with the only restriction being that they must answer certain questions.

What I would like to achieve is to give the User only certain questions based on their answer for their previous question. I also wish to only allow certain answers for a question depending on their previous answers. I am currently unable to find a way to do this.

An example would be:
What is the make of car you own:
1) Mercades
2) BMW
3) Ford

What is the model of your car:
(If Mercades was selected)
1) C Class
2) E Class
3) SL Class

(If BMW was selected)
1) M3 Series
2) M5 Series
3) Z Series

(If Ford was selected)
1) Fiesta
2) GT
3) Mondao


Is there a way to implement these kinds of features into microsoft sharepoint via the web based application?
