What is the difference between these license

What is the best license to use so that I do not have to open source my software.

This is something you need to ask a lawyer. And BTW, those are all open source licenses which means you have to release the source if you use any of them.

If you don't want to open source your software, you also need to use your own custom license that spells out the terms (aka, get a lawyer).

Clarified... those are open source and/or free software licenses. Either way its not something anybody can answer concisely since your situation is almost assuredly unique if you are not looking to distribute source and want to charge for some part of your software.
I agree with Ron that you should contact a lawyer to make sure you get it right.

To start with, study the comparisons in the link below and make sure you understand the differences between the listed licenses.
