Creation of subfolder in a folder on sharepoint website

I want to create a sub folder inside another given folder on a sharepoint website.I tried using dws and lists webservice but doesnt work out.How can I use dws CreateFolder to create a subfolder in a given URL. For example I have a main folder "Year".I want to create a "Month" folder inside "Year" folder and inside "Month" folder ,I want to create a "Date" folder using c# code.
