Article File Download Problem

Hello,
Please in my search I found something I am looking for “Extended RichTextBox”

• Download source - 1.17 MB
• Download demo - 1.15 MB

This project I tried maybe 100 times to download it but the result is always that I get a damaged copy from this download address “Download source - 1.17 MB” and also another damaged from this address too “Download demo - 1.15 MB”???

So do you think that you can help me in this? Thank you in advance and I am waiting for your solution as soon as you can.
