Android Application is not downloading from some mobiles

I create a webpage in asp.net for download the android application from mobile. But its downloading successfully from some mobile who have 3g internet connection but from another connections like wifi and 2g internet connection its is not downloading completly. File size in 3.5 mb and after 16 kb its stop downloading .

have u keeping track of logcat and if u see the logcat data u can get what exception it was?
