'database is locked' in sqlite table

While inserting and updating the sqlite database table it works for the first time correctly. while running it for second time error comes as 'database is locked'.
what is wrong in it.

You probably didn't put things back to normal after accesing the database. Please add the source code so we can help you. We can't help you without the source code.

i didn't reset and finalize the query properly. Now i got it. Next time i will post the question with code :). And thanks for your advise bro :)
