Grdiview header is flickering during post back

Hi,

I am having a Tab container in my page which is inside a update panel.I am showing "No data found" when there is no data to display.Everything is working for the very first time.When i switch the tab and again coming back to the same page still it shows the message but due to post back the header shrinks to 80% for a second and getting back to normal(100%).Is there any way i can overcome this issue.?

Try resizing your Column Width.
