And how to solve?

I tried Enable just my code,
adding 127.0.0.1 to IE security
changing v4.0 to v2.0,
build type is set to Debug and Not Release,

deleted C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files temporary files alse

But still I am getting same error

Maybe your current version of .NET framework is not the loaded ASP.NET version
