Marquee effect for Edit Control In mfc

Hello Friends,
I have made a piano application in which the notes pressed are displaying in Edit Control with a scroll bar,But i need the scroll bar to advance forward with the upcoming text ie (Marquee effect),So far i have searched Marquee effect only for progress bar(CProgressBar) and (CTaskDialog) .Is it only limited for these two.

Solution 1

The standard progress controls just show a coloured bar, but you could adapt one by subclassing or create your own from scratch. Alternatively you could send scroll messages to the control to force it to move the text.
