To delete temporary files of Internet Explorer

Hi,

Please let me know how i can develop an exe and make it scheduled every month so that it deletes all the temp files of IE.(VBA, vbscript, Javascript)

Note:
The login is not adminstator's login. So how do we make sure that the code excludes those files which can be only deleted by administrator.

This is handy app plus it's a CP project. It's in C# but once compiled could be used in conjunction with Task Scheduler to make just such a system once-over as you require. CIO.
