Starting up in games

So far I created windows applications. Now I'm asked to create a 3D game. I know C , C#, pascal, Java and VB. I amnot clear where to start. I have some choices but Not clear. Please somebody help me to startup!

This is not a question. The request is too vague. No quick answer could teach you the main thing you should be able to do: independent thinking, self-starting. If someone give you a start-up advice, you will get stuck again later.
