Outlook 2010 how to open an existing Form

Hi,

We want to use a Outlook 2010 Form for our users to order content. We are creating the Form manually but I need to use C# to supply a button that would do the same as: 1. Click Home tab->New Items->More Items->Choose Form, 2. select the Form I want and click Open.
