Solution 1

"CON" is a reserved folder name. You cannot name a folder "CON". Read why that is here.

Solution 2

It's a reserved folder name but if you still need create it, open command prompt and type:

mkdir \\.\c:\con

It's asmall hack ;)
The folder con will be created
