Resolution independent application in MFC

I have an MDI application in MFC. And there is splitter window in the application which splits the window into two panes, of which left view is a scrollview and right is a formview. And the formview has certain controls ( buttons, editcontrols, etc.). Whenever I lowers my screen resolution some controls of the formview are not fully visible. How can I make the application independent of screen resolution, ie the controls should resize according to the resolution. Can anyone pls help.
