how to use built in login controls with sqlserver db (aspnetdb.mdf file in sqlserver)

I have added aspnetDB.mdf's table into my own database (through wizard which we get by aspnet_regsql command on VS command prompt). Now i want to use built in Login Controls with my db which is available in sqlserver. So the question is can i still use Login control directly without any programming like we do when Visual Studio automatically add for us aspnetDB.mdf and manage all the things.
what is the extra work i need to do. what will be the connection string in web config???
i search alot but not find any easy guide;-(
