You may have a better chance of getting a response by posting in the forum for that product. I had never even heard of it before.

Solution 1

I think that you do not want the tool tip when you click on the button, don't you want it when you hover over the button? If so, just use setToolTip("my tip") on the button. If not, then you probably want "what's this"
